The Novex 815 Microscope series microscopes comes with achromatic objectives, the Novex 815 Microscope is often considered as the original of these types of microscopes and is due to the firm construction very suitable for use at schools and in small laboratorie.

Tube Monocular 45° inclined, 360° rotatable. Tube length 160 mm.
Focus control Coarse- and fine adjustment knobs which can be controlled from both sides. Graduated fine adjustment. One interval equals 0.002mm. The fine adjustment system is ball-bearing mounted.
Safety device Adjustable blocking - with detachable lever - to prevent damage to objective and specimen.
Nosepiece Ball-beared nosepiece for 4 objectives.
Stage 120 x 120 mm with 2 non-removable object clamps. Also suitable for mounting mechanical stages
Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25, adjustable in height, in spiral mount. Complete with irisdiaphragm, filterholder and bluefilter.
Illumination 230 Volt 20 Watt with collector lens, built in stand. Detachable power cable 175 cm, with 3-wire cable and plug with earth connection. On request also available for 6, 12, 24 or 120Volt.
Eyepiece Widefield eyepiece WF 10X/18 with fixed pointer.
Objectives Achromatic objectives 4X N.A. 0.10, 10X N.A. 0.25 and S40X N.A.0.65 spring-mounted.
Magnifications 40X, 100X and 400X.
Packing Complete with dustcover in styrofoam case.
