These Heavy-duty Pvc Grey Pressure tank connectors are suitable for use with quarantine Tanks, these tank connectors can also be used as side outlets in the construction of pond filters to connect up to slide valves or ball valves.

These Threaded tank Connectors are very useful for that awkward job. These have a 40 mm, 50 mm and 110 mm threaded male with a plain solvent weld socket on the other end, they can be used putting drain off valves in filters or return's in to Quarantine tanks. The 110 mm Threaded Tank connectors can be used for inlet/outlet ports between chambers.

If you take the nut off the 40 mm Tank connectors can be used to screw in to the TMC UV 30 watt or TMC 55 watt Uv, they can also be used to screw in to the Elecro Heaters or the Olympic Skimmer sockets.

All our tank connectors are supplied with self tapping stainless steel screws and are therefore ideally suited for total immersion under water.

Many inferior products use zinc plated screws and can have adverse effect under water, especially when salt or chemicals such as formalin and malachite green come into regular contact with such fixings.

The Radial Tank connector listed below is ideally suited for placement on the contoured surfaces such as a vortex, where the radial shaped design, contours snugly onto the outside surfaces leaving a close fit for final sealing of the 110 mm outlet port.

We are now able to supply the new flanged tank connectors in Grey PVC pressure pipe. As with the black waste tank connectors these new PVC ones are also complete with self tapping stainless steel screws and are therefore ideally suited for total immersion under water.

These Heavy duty Pvc Grey Pressure tank connectors are suitable for use with pond liners or in concrete / fibre glass ponds. For use with pond liners the Butyl or firestone pond liner is sandwiched between the flange and connector using a generous application of aquatic silicone sealer. For concrete and fibre-glass Koi ponds the top flange is discarded and just the body of the tank connector used, the fiberglass being run over the lip and into the mouth of the connector when the pond is glassed. These tank connectors can also be used as side outlets in the construction of pond filters to connect up to slide valves or ball valves.

These Reducing Sleeves, or inserts as many people call them, are to reduce the internal sizes of a particular pipe to enable a slightly smaller pipe to fit the connection, whether that connection is to a socket, bend or some other fitting - they should, of course, be solvent welded into place prior to the actual pipe connection being made. 

Reducing sleeves enable the use of ball valves, slide valves and other fittings with solvent weld waste piping as well as PVC pressure pipe. Simply glue over the end of the solvent weld pipe before fitting to the appropriate valve or fitting.  One required for each side of the valve.
